I've been having chest pain and shortness of breath I have a family history of heart disease and I am anemic should I go to the hospital

Heart problem chest pain occur frequently and pumping is 30 why is that?when pain occur he has to take emergency heart medicine.

My father has heart problem.he frequently suffer from chest pain which grow out of control he has to take emergency heart medicine.why is that?

Acg is fluctuating and doctor suggest angeography so which is hospital that has and angeography system or sugeest a cardiologist which is handel this better

7 days back i suddenly started sweating at night and wasn't able to sleep still then.. I consulted my family physician and was prescribed with zolfresh 10 mg due to my insomniac behavioral pattern.my bp was diagnosed at 140/90 and pulse 85.after 2 days i stopped the medication as i felt restless throughout the day.i still have trouble sleeping as i could always feel my heart pumping and pulse tremendously. Please advise and assist.

I have neurogenic cardio syncope wwith aortic valve replacement also afib with some regurgitation still also have ortostaciic hypotension this all started a year ago with blood clots in my lungs I have read where certain surgerys or procedures can rid me of the afib and also a pacemaker may stop the syncope. I was hit in the side of my chest with a tennis ball(heart side). I am 16. My partner hit it really hard into me when I wasn't looking. My parents think it will be fine but I just want to check. I can walk and breath easily, but there is still pain
