I have some sensation on left side of the body which extends to the chest ribs area on the left side and back side too

3 months back ECG & 2d ECHO normal, Stress Test negative, 1 month back CT Coronary angiography normal with no plaques/blockage in any artery. Heart rate is always high (95-100). Constant pain in leftmost side of the chest. No weakness or any other symptom. Taking BP medicine (olmezest am). Mild smoker. Please suggesr

I have left side chest pain from last 1 month. I am also my ECG report with me. I am having the pain 24 hours. Kindly suggest me about treatment to be followed.

My heart rate most of the time is around 76. But for the past 24 hours while laying in bed it goes up to 90. And when I get up to go to the bathroom and lay back down, I'm out of breath and my heart rate is around 100. My highest rate was 112.
