0.2 troponin does not suggest heart attack she is probably just suffering from gastroenteritis and should get Better by antibiotics and rehydration therapy
Yet a complete cardiac and risk factor evaluation should be done including ECG and 2D echo and if they are normal then nothing to worry about
If she has any other risk factors of heart diseases like diabetes or hypertension or a strong family history of heart diseases then she should also undergo a stress test like TMT or stress thallium after she is stabilized from gastroenteritis
