Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been having bp over 160/110 to 170/120. Whats should i do. . I have been gaining weight and tend to get tired in short span of time.

When he walk through stairs he find difficulty. Apart from that he don't have any kind of problem. Recently we have done ECG also. Reports are normal.

FROM PAST 2 TO 3DAYS IAM EXPERIENCING PINCHING SENSATION NEAR HEART WHICH IS LASTING FOR 5-7SECS APPROX.ALSO SOME TIMES SHOULDER PAIN

13 months have gone i had a emergency angioplasty with one stent (promulus element plus) Now my medicine Decreased to 1 .low doses. Azto gold 20,prolomet xl 25 for high pulse rate. Normal bp. I walking daily 30 mins I wanted to ask. Now How regular should i go to check up / follow up. Like 1 month, 2,4,6 or year .earlier i was going every 2 months. Should i go then only when i get any symptoms or else.

My HB levels keep going down after regular intervals. When I start taking iron capsules it gets better and when i stop it again goes down. I experience lot of palpitation specially while morning naps. and numbness in hands n arms
