Heart Problems & Remedies

From few days I am feeling heaviness and current like sensations in my left hand and chest... It is not associated with sweating and seldom pain is there... ECG and lipid profile is in  normal limits... What can I be diagnosed as and what investigation should be done... Pls help?

Leg chills and drop in concious. Checked ECG and doctor says ECG is normal. It happens yesterday and again happened today. What could be the cause.

I've underwent this overall blood test from Thyrocare and found my homocysteine level to be 65 as per the attached screenshot. I'm really worried after googling about it and also found my HDL cholesterol to be 30.. I am feeling discomfort in chest area..mainly on the left side since a week. There is no prediminant pain however. I wake up in the middle of the night with slight congestion in chest. My left arm is also having mild pain and sometimes my toe on left leg shows tingling sensatiin. What may be the reason? Thanks in advance

I check the heart like ecg,2dd echo, tmt stress test 18 months before there is no problem but some times I feel it may any heart problem I do the excersise 2 days once

Bp high and feeling uneasy little pain in left chest. Even sometimes there is pain in right arm. Now I m taking amlovas 5mg once in morning.
