Can I do my all excercise like jogging, skipping, push ups regularly in mildtricuspid regurgitation where all other issues regarding heart is ok and within limits? I don't smoke and had no heart problem from childhood. Only I take medicine for high BP which is now under limits. Which excerxise is benificial?

Mild rigurgitan TV but others ok
I recently done doppler test eco-cardiography, where all reports are ok and within normal limits, but showing mild rigurgitan TV. though no such significant symptoms I feel. I had no issue in heart from my childhood. now I take medicine for high pressure which is now within limits. I do regular excercise.
Now what should I do?
