I have been chestpain left side and gastric problem please suggest what's the reason and medicine and I am suffering àastama

Left side chest pain, it's kind of burning sensation. Today observed there is swelling under ribs, believe the pain because of it. 2 yrs back for the same reason, I had full heart checkups and it was absolutely fine, doctor said it's due to poor health life style. Please suggest what was the reason and to which doctor I can consult.
