I've been having chest pain, back pain, neck pain, stomache and been pooping blood. What should I do?

I've been having chest pain for the past one month,although I thought it would go away but the problem still persists. Ìm running out of breath lately. So I am looking for doctor.

For the last 6 days my uncle getting seviour pain in sternum.he cannt sleep properly.we have consoled with some local doctor they said th BP level is high (160) and prescribed aome medicine.after taking medicine he get relaxe for sometimes then again getting the same problem.for the last three days the body temp also increase and trembling with cold for some times.yesterday doctor said we should hav take an ultrasound.And give duration of ten days..what we will do?? Plz suggest

Mild mitral stenosis with trivial regurgitation . Left atrium is dilated. Anterior leaflet of the mitral valve is mild thickened.Mitral orifice reduced and measures 2.22 square centimeter. Trivial mitral regurgitation seen by Doppler.

Patient has very critical condition,in heart three vein are blocked But the doctor did ballon treatment and one vein clear it side but other two vein totally damage and doctor suggest that you need to transplant your heart, but I ask about bypass surgery but they said that patient in very critical condition they can't survive in this treatment.
