I m having pain in my left arm n left leg and sweating and i can't stand more than 10 minutes is this means i m have heart desease ?

Is it normal that sometimes I feel that my heartbeats fast and strong? This happens when I I'm hugging a pillow, maybe I hug it to tight thats why my heart beat fast and strong. I feel that i its hard to breathe for about 2-3 seconds when It's happening to me. I also feels this sometimes even that I'm not hugging a pillow. Once a day i feels this

Having a chest ache for 4 days every time I wake up in the morning. It's like a muscle pull just left of my rib cage. Today morning I didn't have a chest ache but my left arm hurt. But it felt like a muscle pull (. If I press it hurts)
