A cardiac problem or renal issue?
My husband 43 year old has irregular pulse,40-60 daytime heartrate,borderline BP managed thru diet has since few days complaining of lightheaded feeling at wakeup ,increased systolic BP143-153 and mild nausea and mild back pain on right side .He takes one pill of opimega men every day.Can the problem be becaise of renal or cardiac issue?
