No symptoms like fever shortness of breath while sleeping and and blood clots are suggestive of complications like cardiac failure, infection and arrhythmias. If if you have had a heart attack and then undergoing angioplasty then its possible that because of heart attack your heart has suffered some damage which is causing the cardiac failure. This can be a serious issue... You need to get back to your cardiologist and discuss the matter in details You will need to recheck your medication and optimise them according to your current situation With the available information from your side I am unable to advise you any further specially on the medications since I don't have your complete history so I'll advise you to either get back to your doctor or get back to me with a complete case summary discharge summary and list of medications you are taking
