Heart Problems & Remedies

I've been having some kind of pain in my wrist. Sometimes in my upper arm. my heart some times palpitates or flutters, and sometimes I get a slight pinching pain or tingle near my heart(or at least it feels like it).

I'm good now . I got CAD in last year . I am 24 years old. am using 1. Ecospirin gold10 2. Fruselac 3. Cardace 1.25 mg 4.meta-XL12.5 Recently i was checked my health with the docter who treated me . Said your fine . But I said to him,,, i am suffering left arm pain lasting 2min for every month. Docter said no problem Plz tell me the reason
