I am ujala goswami i just wanna ask you that my father is an heart patient he has 46% blockage in his heart sometimes he feels like so headache sweat sometimes he feels too low and he feels pain or pinch on his chest what we have to for his better or good health

Blockage in hearts blood vessels is seen by angiography and the blockage is a measure of approximation which means having an exact 46% blockage is not practical ... It might be that what you are talking about is the hearts pumping function (ejection fraction) which is measured by echocardiography and can be measured exactly.
