My angioplasty was done on 18-July-2017. 3 stents,
I am regularly walking for 45 minutes from last seven days. My age is 40 years. When I should go for office which is on second floor using stairs

Whether or not you can join your office depends upon whether or not you had a heart attack when you did angioplasty.
if it was not actually a heart attack but you did and geography for some other sometime like and joiner or occasional justice comfort then yes you can we join your duties even immediately.
but if you actually had a heart attack for which angioplasty was done this means that your heart has suffered some injury during the attack and need some time to heal for which you should rest for another 2 weeks and then you can read join your office after you visit your cardiologist in the OPD for re-evaluation and physical examination.
