T wave inversion in chest leads
My mother aged 49 years 78 kg 4.9 ft tall had left side lower back pain following which she had self medicated Ultracet and then she had about 6-7 vomitings then we took her to the hospital where the ecg showed t wave inversion in chest leads and left axis deviation.

T wave inversion is a sign of ischemia which means blood supply to a certain part of the heart is not adequate so she must be further evaluated for heart diseases I will advise 2D echocardiography, and TMT and of there are changes in them... A CT or coronary angiography should be done
