My mother aged 49 years 78 kg 4.9 ft tall had left side lower back pain following which she had self medicated Ultracet and then she had about 6-7 vomitings then we took her to the hospital where the ecg showed t wave inversion in chest leads and left axis deviation.

T wave inversion is a sign of ischemia which means blood supply to a certain part of the heart is not adequate so she must be further evaluated for heart diseases
I will advise 2D echocardiography, and TMT and of there are changes in them... A CT or coronary angiography should be done
