Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 61 year old.we have bypass surgery 4 years ago.also high BP. Resanty we found some problems like heart pain and BP level always up-down.so what i am doing now

For the past 2 weeks I'm having anxiety, Disturbed to no sleep at night, at times pain in the chest, and pain in neck muscles,

I had my ECG done today and its is showing a low PR interval of 119ms. The diagnosis shown on the ECG was Sinus Rhythm and short PR interval My HR is 90bpm, P dur 88ms, QRS dur 114ms, QT/QTC int 320/393ms I am worried whether it is normal or I have to worry and take some medications and all? I have also attached photos of the ECG

Hi Doctor,my mother is 70+. Recently her bp shot up for which she is taking medicine. But somehow her condition is not right. She feels very weak, says she is feeling kind of anxiety,her face sweats & her appetite has also gone down.Consulted gen.physician & he assured all is ok but my mother is not normal & does not get up from bed most of the time,eats very less. Pls help us to understand if we should consult cardiologist.
