Hi Case My mom Female 71. T2DM Two episodes of convulsions 6 years ago.(undiagnosed for 5years so 11yrs)  She is healthy considering her age. Diabetes uncontrolled for last 2 years.On insulin. 15-0-0. ECG variations seen. Echo report attached. Cardiologist has adviced CAG. Does this echo need CAG? Please help. Not that I don't want to do CAG but is it advisable and really necessary? Thanks in advance.

I am feeling heaviness in heart( maybe it is not in heart) but I am feeling like since last two days and in throat I am feeling like something is stuck in it

Soft plaque in proximal LAD causing focal moderate narrowing (60% of luminal narrowing) .bridging present in mid LAD .this have been shown in my CT coronary angiography and my scan of heart is normal and 2d eco is also normal .what is the precautions have to take n what r the medicine should b taken plz suggest me .after knowing this I'm tensed and I'm not able to take right decision wt to do further.

Hi, My dad has two angioplasty earlier this year. The doctor said that one more vein blockage is there and we have to do this in another 1-2 years, but my dad again got a pain and the doctor says the operations needs to be done immediately. I am confused. Can we postpone angioplasty as I want to take him to another doctor?
