In most of time after lunch or dinner i having pain in heart during breath.that time difficult to breath for me but after few minutes its gone a normal.but its happen in average thrice in monthly

My Uncle underwent CABG 2 days ago. However, he is still on ventilator support. They tried to wean him off the ventilator, the day after surgery but he did not respond well. So they put him back on ventilator. The 2nd day after surgery, they now told that there is a complication. There is some blood clot in the lungs. Even though the oxygen supply is turned to 100%, his lungs are only able to utilise 90%. They have said that they have taken all the precautions to stop further clotting in the lungs and will be checking back again tomorrow. I want to know whether the risk of blood clot in lungs after CABG is normal or is it rare? What are the possible steps that the doctor may take next?

Recently, I have done lipid profile test, results shows that my vldl & triglycerides level are above  normal. How to reduce these levels ?

My friend has been undergoing frequent chest pain which is severe at times and becomes mild.the person has problems of ulcer and gas. His skips food also.actaully wanted to know whether this pain is reallty cardio related or some gas issue

From last one year i suffering from heart beat disorder and discomfort in chest, currently on metxl. 12.5. Feels good after taking tab and after 8-10 days again discomfort starts. Its too irritating and not able to concentrate in anything. Did 2d eco, ECG, blood test all reports r normal during this period feels like total down and discomfort.
