she is getting headeche ,is this because of stunts or any other problem.

I am 66 years old and very active. I had a pre-op last year that held up an operation due to having to wait for an echo where this condition was found. I get out of breath when swimming more than a length at a time and when doing aerobics or hiking. Am I doing myself more damage or should I slow things down?

Chest pain & Pulsating heart
I have been having chest pain for 3 months now
When it gets really bad I get stomach pain and for some reason I have to go to the toilet
I have done about 7 ECG's and have had 5 different examples of my blood taken
All have come back normal
Some times my heart Flutters/Pulsates very hard for a second and I have to go toilet for a number 2
