Iam using bp medications iam buy digital bp monitor it shows first reading as 140/70 after few seconds it shows 120/70 and third reading shows 115/70 what is correct plssssss suggest.

I'm 16 years old and just laying down in bed, I feel my heart pumping out of my chest, I started this evening, is it normal?

Hi i m 28 years male. I have been feeling a pain in the left side of my chest 4" down my inside part of shoulder. And at the back of my left shoulder too. Hi, while lying down i got mild chest pain went to doctor they had ecg,tmt,and echo everything was normal except it had mild tr/pah Tr jet: 2.8 rvsp 30+rap doctor said everything was normal.done echo after 1year this time no tr ,pjv 1.23 m/sec dunno what that means.want to mae sure there is no ph reaming echo is normal chamber size and function

I am not able to breathe freely from one week. I have to take breathe deeply and also one of the vein is bulging from chest to stomach left side. Sometimes dizziness and drowsiness. Hands and legs are shivering sometimes. Actually I have vitamin D and B12 deficiency. when I go for health check up LDL is identified but I didn't consult doctor.

I am facing breathing problem and constantly my heart beat is fluctuating specially in night. Uneasiness is through out the day in my body. In night at the time of sleep several pain also arises like joint pain, pain in legs n hand. A separate kind of fear is observed whenever I went to sleep from last 8 to 10 days. Kindly advice.
