I am 26 year old man . Was regular smoker for 4 years around 10 cigarettes per day . And was drink alcohol three time in week around 6-7 unit . One day during regular check up doctor found my bp was 210/110 . Take ekg and ck- m test and tropin test every thinks is normal . Now my bp is 130/80. Do I have a chance in future heart disease.

Hello...If you have quit smoking and drinking entirely there are chances that your body parameters may normalise over next few years. However if you continue these habits then there is high liklihood for developing heart disease/ stroke in near future.
