Is it a concern my ejection fraction is 54% is this normal i am 30 years old male i normally have low blood pressure do i have risk for heart failure

I am suffering from chest pain from last week. I did ecg first ecg was abnormal. Then they gave me some medicine like nico star. Angiplant 2.5, i also had did 2d echo. 2decho result was normal. Plz help me for further treatment

Eg: l had cardiec arrest in 2007. After that . I went to momby hospital momby. There they had engiography . 25% blokage found there . Now 15 days back l feel wikness regulorly .recently i had dopler test & 2d eocho test at jodhpur raj . Docter told me my hart is warking only 20% . Sujest me what to do

I am currently under medications for Hpertension for the past 5 years. Currently taking Zilance 40 and Ciplar 10. The random blood pressure reading is 140/100 and goes to around 160/100 at times. Current symptoms include excessive sweating, palpitations, anxiety, headaches, flushing and fatigueness. My ECG test and Kidney Renal Doplar tests are normal. Today I have been prescribed for Metanephrine and VMA 24 hours urine tests by the cardiologist. I am also on anti-psychotic medications for depression for the past 10 years. Need your advise and guidance on the tests prescribed.
