Soft plaque in proximal LAD causing focal moderate narrowing (60% of luminal narrowing) .bridging present in mid LAD .this have been shown in my CT coronary angiography and my scan of heart is normal and 2d eco is also normal .what is the precautions have to take n what r the medicine should b taken plz suggest me .after knowing this I'm tensed and I'm not able to take right decision wt to do further.

Hello, dont get worried. Ur echo is normal, it means u haven't had any heart attack. But ur report says narrowing of artery which could b a risk for ur heart. Meet an interventional cardiologist, get an coronary angiogram done n then take further decision.
