Lad stenosis
Hi.
What does it mean : lad type 3, proximal 80 to 90 percent stenosis , mid and distal lad diffusely diseased, diagonals small calliber and normal.
He had a heart attack on 14th July and was admitted to hospital and we got angiogram sone on 16th which is attached here.

That vessel is the reason for heart attack. It’s critically diseased and narrowed. Needs to be stented to increase the blood supply to the area it supplies
