I have pain in left side of chest, and sometimes I feel tremors in my right hand fingers, Also I feel weakness all day long

I m having pain in my left arm n left leg and sweating and i can't stand more than 10 minutes is this means i m have heart desease ?

Is it normal that sometimes I feel that my heartbeats fast and strong? This happens when I I'm hugging a pillow, maybe I hug it to tight thats why my heart beat fast and strong. I feel that i its hard to breathe for about 2-3 seconds when It's happening to me. I also feels this sometimes even that I'm not hugging a pillow. Once a day i feels this

Heart beats faster after smallest of physical activity. I sweat more which i feel is kind of abnormal.

Felt anxiety but Doc. Having a chest ache for 4 days every time I wake up in the morning. It's like a muscle pull just left of my rib cage. Today morning I didn't have a chest ache but my left arm hurt. But it felt like a muscle pull (. If I press it hurts)

My BP is 170/100 and I have got Anxiety problems. Currently, I am undergoing treatment for Anxiety and have been advised to take T Pexep CR (12.5MG) and Betacap(20 MG).
