I frequently getting the shortness of breath during eat. Want to know the actual reason for this cause.

I am feeling my heart skipping a beat.,i had seen it on my pulse oximeter and also manually by checking on radial artery. it often occurs irregularly there is no sequence. Next heart beat which succeeds this skipped beat feels in my chest as squeezing.Also my blood pressure is raised. about 143/92 all the day. I am a 20 year male. Also have PD(F43)

I suddenly can feel my heart beats faster than usual and suddenly my nose bleed. And after that i feel very heavy and cannot breath well.
