I was on Ayurveda medicine for 2 months for weight loss and now my BP has gone up to 160/100...I am on Telmax 25mg..I have stopped the avurveda medicine.....suggest

For the past day, I have been able to hear my chest click with every heartbeat, normally only when I'm lying down. This can also be heard by others. What could this be? I'm not sure if this information has anything to do with it but I do have a small hole in the heart which is closing.
