Pits,heart functionality is low,vomiting

Dear doctor, above are the symptoms which been happend to my brother. He had a hole in his heart by the time of his birth. Now its became severe i think so, we had admitted him at leading hospital at Coimbatore, i need a clear shot what had happened to him, he is vomiting since yesterday and pits twice. Now he is unconscious and kept in ICCU.

Abnormal finding on ekg

25 y/o female BMI 22.5. Episodes of tachycardia every now and then. Resting HR 90s to low 100s. No history/family history of heart disease or drug use. Most recent episode was yesterday and a EKG was performed for the first time. Showed sinus tachycardia with short PR (100). Work in outpatient clinic, coworker performed EKG. Should I be concerned?

Heartache and anemia

Hi , I have heart palpitations and high BP as well as swelling in leg ankles which come down after exercise. My doc is treating me with tablet to lower my BP but I can still my heart pounding? Is this normal? My ECG showed sinus tachycardia abnormal but TMT was normal. I am deficient in Iron too.

My grandmother is 82 years old and she has a shrunk valve. Only a small percentage is still open. Her heart rate has recently gone very low and doctors have put a temporary pacemaker which they claim that they will make as permanent soon.
