Feeling discomfort in chest. Feeling high heart beat and pain in chest. I am a patient of hypertension

I have been in Gastric problem in stomach for last 1 week. i am taking acitrom with pan 40 for last 2 years due to DVT problem and i am wearing shockings in both legs.

I have been having chestpain from 6 months to 1 year in this jan i went to anjiogram test but it wad normal but still i am getting chestpain

After each meal i feel hard heart beat and sometimes more hard heart beat with deep intake of breath. Also i feel heart burn after meal meal and it goes off after 2 hours of meal. I feel sometimes chest pain at centre of the chest abd back pain at the centre of the back while running. However, this pain while running goes off after 1 min of rest.

Facing slight pain in middle of my chest from last 10-15 days it happens every now and then pain is felt like passing of some slight electric current

I underwent a angioplasty on Feb 2017 starting with an heart attack.After 6 months my ef has gone down by 5% and is at 35%. I'm on clopitet,cardiovas,frusulac,rosuvas. Can u suggest me how to improve my ef.I walk for 30 min in d morning. Feel tiered in d evening. Can u suggest me if the medication is good.

From couple of days I am having pinch feeling on my left side chest & suddenly felling some burn sensation on my face & mild pain in my left jaws. And also feeling some squeezeness in my left brain and mild pain as well. Not sure why this is happening. Any suggestion will help.
