I have pain in left side of chest and shoulder blade and a stiff neck its been from 6 months and i have gone all body checkup cholesterol levels are ok , ECG is ok . cant find out what is my problem

If I place an object on the top of my stomach you can see the object jumping/moving..its been over 2 years now

Heart rate 153bpm after a binge session on cocaine I feel ok just very hot is it so high that it's dangerous?

Good afternoon sir I have chest pain from few days in my left side. It is not continious pain . When i am sitting on study table and focous towards my book then a light pain occoured in left side of chest. And when i sleep flat on bed ( towards roof face ) then pain is slightly down.. There are one more thingh i smoke 2 cigrate in a day

Heart beats are irregular hence wanted to know what is AV dissociation??? They behave normally and do their regular exercise and walking daily. Recently, due to Mom's ill health he was stressed. AGE 72

Earlier I used to exercise regularly - jogging & gym - for an hour, 4 times a week. The last 7-8 months, I get tired even if I walk for 30 minutes. The day I exercise I cannot sleep properly. I also have low energy levels and do not feel fresh when I wake up. I don't have sugar/BP, blood tests and hormone levels are normal. Stress levels not high.
