Heart Problems & Remedies

Underwent Cabg tripple vessel surgery in 2010, suffered ischemic stroke in 2010. Was doagnosed with LV dysfunctioning.Generally doing well but suffer from constant fatigue, dissiness, shortness of breath & mild chest pain / discomfort. On medication like plavic 75, coversyl 5mg, concor 5 mg & atorva statin. Bp seems to be under control.

Sir I have chest pain my EcG and tmt Echo is normal doctor says its mascular pain Sir doctor give following tablet 1)Calcitirol with calcium citrate and zinc tablet(versacal plus contin calcium citrate 1000mg) twice day for three month 2)cholecalcifero tablet (caddisun) 1 week 3 month in my age req daily 1000mg calcium so I take or not tablet sir

I be been having pinching pain blocking feeling near heart area while in sleep at night and also often suddenly.

I am 28Years old. I have got a job in Refinery, due to which I have gone for full medical checkup . ECG was abnormal in my case. My health history is very good & i have good health. My father is recently diagnosed with Complete Left Bundle branch block and he is also a hypertension and diabetes patient. His triglycerides level are coming more. He is nit in favour of getting done angiography and Cardiac resynchronisatiom. Is it possible to manage disease with exercise, yoga and diet control.

I have gone through ASD device closure in dec 2008 for 32mm hole in heart at the age of 25 since than i am suffering from these issues time to time.But during my pregnency and after having baby i have these things almost after every 2-3 days.Echo and ecg reports are normal just wanted to confirm whether this is normal or not?
