From last one year feeling this problem one year back Heart Echo Dopplet test Ejection fraction-25-30% ,Yesterday also test same Value , taking daily 8 tablets 5 in morning 3 in evening but it result is not effective

When I vape (Normally 3mg nicotine juice) or use a Juul (Which is a cig-a-like that produces much less vapor at 50mg nicotine) I get a very slight dull pain on the right side of my chest (maybe 2 inches right of center) that is more annoying then painful.
