Chest pain and back pain also from 15 days I will consult with some doctors. And I given ecg test also

My heart will beat rapidly when im not doing anything would make it , like doing the dishes. The lower center of my ribs hurt below my chest and sometimes the pain spikes to spread across the sides of my rib cage.

I've been having severe chest pain since last night, went to the doctor and was told there is some clot kinda thing in my heart.

Last year my resting heart rate was around 65 but now its gone up to more than 90. should i be worried about this im not sure if it has to do with anxiety or what. im under 18 and athletic. i work out almost everyday.

Experienced tachycardia 2 days ago. Tests done yesterday. ESR 28mm on 1st Hr, LTP: SGOT 73, SGPT 86, Rest normal. Is there anything to worry about? What could be the root cause of tachycardia?
