Hello sir my name is Avinash I am 70 year old Due to low pulse rate I have inserted pacemaker in January but since last 20 days I am suffering from dizziness whenever I arise to bed or make my face upword I just feel I am going to fall . I have checked my blood pressure and sugar everytn is fine now what I do sir I have double chamber PM

you should be checked for " postural hypotension".
and secondly get your pacemaker interrogation done.
