Are swallen and my cardioligesyt asked me if my ankles were swelling at visits what does this have to do with my hbp . i allso have ring in my head not ear

My BP has been on an average 135/85 and pulse of 60 with medications for the last year .I do walking for 30mins and do have some stress.for the past few days I have been having a BP of around 115/73..with a pulse of 63.I also feel slightly dull and don't get adequate sleep at night.i have in the last one month been taking medication for Gout which is slowly reducing .My blood reports are normal taken 3 months ago. Is this BP normal

My kid is 4 years and has 2mm hole (pda) in heart. What is the impact if I postpone hole closure via device closure for another six months
