10yr old daughter. Suffering from viral fever last 4 to 5 days . Heart beats 130 to 140. Don't understand why

Hey, 25, M, 5"11, 300pounds, I have type 2 diabetes, a-fib, and high blood pressure. I feel tight chest occasionally, but been feeling it all day today.
