I am final year MBBS student Subject here is my father Age-66 ,weight-120kg height-6' Hypertension patient since last 15years my grandfather died of heart attack(family hx) Maybe some exertion dyspnea ELSE no symptom Just did a screening test,CT angiogram Report inference says stenosis of LAD(40-70℅) also in LCX,RCX 20-40℅ So I NEED AN ADVICE here

I've been a smoker for 3 years and a heavy smoker for last 6 months. After quiting last week, now I feel chest pain on left side, throat pain (very slight), shortness in breath . Is this normal for those who quit nicotine / THC or are these the symptoms of heart attack?

Hi doctor,i was suffering from bp since 7 yrs ,using metaprolol25 mg .one month back my bp was 170/100 increased my dosage form 25 mg to 50mg by physician now it is 130/80..since 1 yr i am having diabetic also which is in control now with the help of cetapin xr 1G ..i read some where is metaprolol not good for diabetic patients.can you give your valuable suggestions.and help me on this..thanks in advance..

When I was a kid I always experienced this chest pain that I couldnt even manage to breathe or move. So I just wait for it to stop or sleep it off, which I always do. Then it stops for a long time then came back now that I'm a teen. I dont know if its just a heart burn or something. Also sometimes I felt some pain in my lower or sides of my chest

I have been shortness of breath while climbing stairs and even at resr since 6 months. palpitations and chest heaviness.

Hello my age is 30 for dizziness for 2nd time I went to neurologist my bp was 150 wen when he checked he gave me prolol 40 and gaba 300 daily once and nervo injection weekly once for  one month and he had done some test like sugar test and kidney test cbm test all are normal and after 15 days i also consulted cardiologist also done2d Echo also normal help me do  I have bp iam depressed suggest me what to do
