Heart Problems & Remedies

My pulse rate is always high from childhood only but nowadays I am feeling nervousness and my heart rate is tend to shoot up between 90-100 . Is that a worry sign or is it normal ? Should I consult a doctor , being handicapped I usually don't indulge in excercise but I do yoga daily . Please suggest something. Thanks in advance .

My heart pulse is normal but I feel my body pulsing along with my heartbeat, in a way that I can see from the outside as my cloths around my chest area , and even what i hold in my hand,reacts to the rhythm of my heartbeat. and i really feel it when i touch my abdomen, and my neck.& light chest pains ones awhile.do i have a problem? any help plz?

I have hypertension iam using digital bp monitor it shows as 135/77 first reading after one minute it shows as 115/70 after that the third rading shows same as second or lower. What is the correct .pls suggest me. Iam using medication.

Hi i m 28 years male. I have been feeling a pain in the left side of my chest 4" down my inside part of shoulder. And at the back of my left shoulder too. Hi, while lying down i got mild chest pain went to doctor they had ecg,tmt,and echo everything was normal except it had mild tr/pah Tr jet: 2.8 rvsp 30+rap doctor said everything was normal.done echo after 1year this time no tr ,pjv 1.23 m/sec dunno what that means.want to mae sure there is no ph reaming echo is normal chamber size and function
