When I sleep always feel irregular heartbeats and fast heartbeats. Sometimes I also feel some pain on my left chest I don't know why I am just 23 years old and I always thinking I'll get heart attack so day. Please consult me what to do.

Dear Doctor My mom has severe pulmonary stenosis and so right heart failure. Recently she has not physical activity. She use diuretic and lanoxin. Some sergeons suggested that she has not ability to do open heart surgery. Would you please let me know what is your opinion? Which medicines are better for her?
