Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from anxiety for years and have an anxiety attack almost everyday. Today my heart rate was 102 and it felt like I was almost detached from reality.

Pain is bad and can't turn sides also while in bed and can't sleep no other medical condition just pain in middle of chest while lying down or sleeping

For the past 3 nights around 1-2am shallow breathing begins and worsens when I try to fall asleep. I did come under some harsh stress that same day it started but I'm also very over weight. I'm worried it could be heart failure but I don't have any other symptoms, and I've been actively trying to lose weight for awhile. What could this be

Recently he used on medical device called fitbit. It was showing the heart rate upto 140 to 155. It is a normal sign or it is lead to any problem in the future. Note.. he is an smoker. He used to smoke 8 to 10 cigratees per day

Sir,If 1yrs of baby has heart problem i.e. breathing is not properly,heart working is not properly. it's any effect on legs?

I feel sometimes its hard to breath i can feel at the breastbone i cant explain briefly .at the center of my chest its like pressure .i can do a lot of things .im an active person .im slim .its our gene .wat is the reason of this chest problm ? Generally afternoon when i go to rest for some time i found that my heart beat is very high .and I realize only while I'm on bed.

Before having chest pain once but now a days chest pain increase to 2-3 time a day specially in night.the pain is first start in middle of chest then on the back and then on both the hands, this pain remains for 15-20 min then get control. undergone blood test in which show having increase LDL cholesterol level 158.29mg/dl. Please sir help me

Hi , I had checked my blood pressure for a week at different timings. I must have taken 5-6 readings. My readings are terribly high. Readings were in the range 140-165 systolic And 90-110 diabolic. I am just 22 years old. I have never done smoking. I don't drink alcohol either. Just started beer 5 months back but that too only in company parties.(alcohol is very rare) I am vegetarian. I am not overweight. My height is 177 cms and weight is 72 kg. In fact for last 5 months I used to do brisk walking monday to Friday to stay fit. I have lot of family responsibilities on me and eventually I have stress. But I guess everyone have stress in their life.  I am not able to understand how high BP can happen to me, I am shocked. This problem is not heridatory. My questions are 1. Is it possible to cure high BP naturally? 2. How it will impact my career and life? I have ambition of higher studies.3. i have read common remedies on net. what else i can do to keep BP low.?
