My name is anshu and age is 29 I've been having Anxiety disorder last few month. Due to which i vomit in the morning. So please suggest me what should i do

I was detected high np 3 months ago. Initially everything was fine. All tests were normal. Now after taking Telveas-40 one tab daily, bp is in control but I experience extreme weakness, stiffness in chest ribs and upper back pain as well.

Isolated high diastolic pressure for sometime time.The bp ranges from 125/85 to 129/98 sometimes go up to 100. She has acidity from long time..she is feeding mother for 15month girl and has 8year old son. Last few days she has headache also..

I am in CKD stage 5 weekly twice in dialysis i took medicines cilacar 10, twice a Metxl 25 twice daily chlothalidone 6.25 twice daily arkamin twice daly Blood pressue is 190/80 not reducing |

I have done angiogram tomorrow. 3 blockage found 70%, 70%,30% respectively. Doctor said angioplasty can not be done for these 70% blockage...I wanted to say is it right. Can I cannot go with stent.

Today Felt unusual sweating in the afternoon while shopping. Am 33. Male. Healthy. Fond of street food. Drink moderately. Dont smoke. Have busy work. Not exercising for past few weeks due to hot season.

It's been over a month I suffer severe anxiety and recently burning sensation in left side of chest. I feel pukish whenever these symptoms occur. Sleep is Disturbed too. Kindly suggest.

T wave inversions in minor leads whenever I go to high altitude areas. I have been diagnosed twice of the same in last one year. ECG is normal in plains. Already done TMT in plains saying results are normal and inversions are due to high altitude. Want to know why this is happening and should I avoid going to high altitude areas permanently ?
