Heart Problems & Remedies

I recently done doppler test eco-cardiography, where all reports are ok and within normal limits, but showing mild rigurgitan TV. though no such significant symptoms I feel. I had no issue in heart from my childhood. now I take medicine for high pressure which is now within limits. I do regular excercise. Now what should I do?

I am suffering from Asthama past few days i am also suffering from chest pain kindly suggest what should i do in this situation.

It's been more than 3 yrs whenever I lay down straight or relaxing I feel a pressure or little pain in the middle of chest and if I press it a little by hand the pain rise more and due to this anxiety factor also added, can you give any suggestions?

For ten days my hands and feet are swelling, i have pins and needles in my arms and legs, occasional shortness of breath, and uneasiness in my chest, should i see the doctor urgently or can it wait for two days?

Good afternoon sir I have chest pain from few days in my left side. It is not continious pain . When i am sitting on study table and focous towards my book then a light pain occoured in left side of chest. And when i sleep flat on bed ( towards roof face ) then pain is slightly down.. There are one more thingh i smoke 2 cigrate in a day

Heart beats are irregular hence wanted to know what is AV dissociation??? They behave normally and do their regular exercise and walking daily. Recently, due to Mom's ill health he was stressed. AGE 72

Earlier I used to exercise regularly - jogging & gym - for an hour, 4 times a week. The last 7-8 months, I get tired even if I walk for 30 minutes. The day I exercise I cannot sleep properly. I also have low energy levels and do not feel fresh when I wake up. I don't have sugar/BP, blood tests and hormone levels are normal. Stress levels not high.
