I had a minimal pain at heart and consulted general physician,and took ecg which was abnormal and doctor advised me to go for tropnine-i test and which is negative. Please advise how ecg report is abnormal?. And my left hand is little pain kind compare to right hand...please advise.

I recently done doppler test eco-cardiography, where all reports are ok and within normal limits, but showing mild rigurgitan TV. though no such significant symptoms I feel. I had no issue in heart from my childhood. now I take medicine for high pressure which is now within limits. I do regular excercise. Now what should I do?
