Patient using warfarin tablet of 3 mg but I have done test of ptnir test it's report come 1.27 so should I increase the dose of warfarin in 5 mg or not .to come level in ptnir test of 2.5

Increase it to 4 mg, and then get the INR done after 3 days and check with your cardiologist.
