Supradyn &warfarin safety

I'm trying to gain weight. I've been recommended(Daily) :
3tablets fish oil
1tab supradyn
30g muscleblaze whey protein (shake)
2tbsp psyllium husk (in water)
With other foods.
Are all these safe to take with warfarin? (I'm on warfarin, cardace, metXL) (MVR)
INR=3 - 3.2
Warf: 5mg 4days/week 6mg 3days/week
