Good morning Madam.
Symptoms of dizziness and blackouts with low pulse rate is something serious and needs to be treated early.
Let me know if you are using any medicines like BP medicines. If you are using medicines like metoprolol, atenolol, diltiazem please stop immediately.
Get an ECG done.
