Low Heart rate/ Pulse rate
As if now there is a lockdown im staying home, in medical machine i checked my BP and Heart pulse rate in home daily from lat 4 days. 1) BP: 105/ 57 2) Heart pulse rate is: 49 Kindly suggest me for precautions which i can take in home myself.

Since you quarantined and relaxing your HR and BP will be either normal or less than normal in case you are working out like athlete. If you have no symptoms nothing to worry. Since your heart rate appears to be less recheck with different instrument or get manually checked by checking radial pulse near wrist. Since you are checking on your own without any symptoms. In case manual pulse count or different machine records low heart rate get one ECG done and show to any nearby available doctor

Hello, If you are asymptomatic and do exercise regularly this heart rate and BP are ok nothing to worry about. Take care. Stay safe
