Heart Problems & Remedies

I was suffering from heart palpitations past June. ECG echo all came back normal. But I've noticed that my heart rate while sitting or lying especially in home is low like in 80's but when I stand up or do normal activities walking or stuff it's over 100 and remains so I do not understand it. I also have anxiety . What could be the cause

About 3 years back, during a routine check up, I was advised to see a cardiologist who confirmed a minor issue of arotic regrugation but did not prescribe any medication or procedure. He said I need to monitor ever year. Symptoms I feel are faintness (sometimes though) when I lift myself after bending or get up after sitting on floor. This happens for couple of seconds. What test would you recommend I do? How can this be corrected.

Sir, my father is taking it. He is alcoholic person..he taking it when he feels some problm with heart..after taking this he felt good..but taking clonafit really beneficial or not..??

So I've believed I've had acid reflux because I always seen to get pain in the upper part near my arm, kind of like a ball pain, i take acid reducers rallying thinking that's the problem and I get the pain in the same exact spot well today the pain was unbearable and I get home I'm feeling tired and I check my blood pressure which is normally regular around 119/70 and now I'm getting 108/57 do I have an issue I should worry about I don't know who to turn to.

Sharp quick spurts of pain in left side of chest..tingling in arm and leg on and off..no change in breathing. Been going on and off for a couple hours.
