Before tmt test my blood pressure was high 170_90 is it reason for positive tmt test?

Yesterday my ECG and echo reports came and it noted as Mild AML prolapse, PA pressure, LVEF 60%. I want to know what it means exactly and what to do next?

I went on a brisk three mile walk this morning as I usually do. About two hours after I finished, my heart rate was elevated and I was extremely fatigued. P. S., I'm in heart failure.
