Heart efficiency of my grandmother is 20 percent.she is suffering from jaundice and also has a stone stuck in food pipe.doctor suggeats operation..but my question is 20 percent heary efficiency that means she has some cardiac issies right..so what should we do

Hi, This is about my mom. Symptoms started 1 month ago where her heart would beat like anything other. This lasts for a long period of time and than disappear. She would have breathing difficulties and pressure in her chest And her throat, and dizziness. She has no medical history. So I am looking for expert advice about this before going to hospital.
