Is there any harm, if I take 180 ml alochak daily after 5 months of my coronary artery by pass surgery ?

I've been having a chest pain started few months ago but not frequent.. now, its almost one week since the chest pain started and the pain still not gone. what was probably the cause? and what should i do to reduce the pain? i dont want to go to hospital instead.

4 days back my mother had dizziness and nausea. We consulted a general physician. He told my mother's BP is very high 190/110. He prescribed Amlokind 5 mg for 1 month. After 3 days on this medicine still my mother's Bp is high as 180/110. How long does this medicine takes to work.

From last 3 days my blood pressure is not normal. its is b/w 140/100 to 135/90. i am chain smoking. Their no medical history genetics problem of blood pressure increase. Currently i am taking motival my doctor suggest me but i am not satisfy with that.
