I have a monor pain in my chest. The pain happens when i get tensed and generally when i go to doctors thinking something has happened to me. 2 years ago when i did 2d echo they had gave me hypertension pills. My left arm has been feeling very weirdly, I've been checking my BP frequently. The sys ranges between 113, 120,124,125 and 126, the dia ranges between 77, 78,80,84,88 and my pulse stays between 80 to 90. I checked it 3 times right now and it was 138 over 100 with a pulse of 103. I do have anixety but I'm very worried. I guess my question is, am i having a heart attack or on the verge cause of how my arm feels.
