I have pain in left shoulder with left of back side, and pain in left side chest

My blood test result is Total cholesterol 212 LDL cholesterol 150 TC/HDL cholesterol ratio 5.3 LDL/HDL Ratio 3.7 Non Hdl cholesterol 171.3 All above on higher side Please help me to reduce it

I have Bp in the range 170/120 .I consulted MBBS Dr he started Olmisartan 20 mg twice dose from 2 days.i don't have any symptoms related to BP.Today BP remains 150/107.can I should follow the same medicine for week.or I have to consult cardiologist.

I just had a mitral valve replacement, open heart surgery, endocarditis, mrsa of the blood stream, sepsis, a splenectomy, six strokes, and blood clots in both arms 7 months ago. Chest boans start pains, after omiting lot of cough comes out ,and acidity comes out , then gets relif.blood presure as on today is 165.92..59

I am devapala 50 years old female I am suffering from shortless of breathing so I consulted a doctor(MD AND DIP.CARDIOLOGY) he said i am suffering from Acute LVT and HTN and My B.P was 220 admitted in hospital for 3 days and MY B.P is 110/70 now I can breath good but he is saying to do ANGIOGRAM AND ANGIOPLASTY for me.I am so afraid of that . 26 yr old male . Weight lifter. Have ashtma take steroid inhaler. Have heart burn a lot also. But this doesn't feel like heartburn this is directly sharp pain on the left Lower pec right where I would say my heart is located

What does it mean if my pro BNP levels are 1000 ng/ml? What is the difference when the units are given in pg/ml? Lab tests provide units in ng/ml. But reference data in the internet are all in pg/ml...So is 1000 ng/ml is ok? I am on digoxin and nebivolol after mitral stenosis operation? What else can I do if the value is not ok?

Dear sir/madam Discomfort in centre of chest and middle of upper abdomen.Usually both occurs at a time but sometimes I experience either of them,even sometimes neither of them.Initially it started with the pain in middle of abdomen for a week later I experienced chest pain even.
