Hello I am krishna. I am working in One Mnc.today I checked my cholesterol level.i came to know that I have very high cholesterol. My weight is 76kg,height 173cm. I do heavy work out everyday. But still my cholesterol levels are not reducing. Can someone help me abt this

I am having severe panic attacks that are everyday, all day. Physical symtoms all the time; chest pain, left achy arm, twitching eye,shortness of breath, achy jaw, headache and numbness in hands, feet and occasionally face. In the last month and a half I have been to the ER 2 times (October the 5th was my last visit) both times had blood work done -2 on my heart, EKGs and chest xray all came back normal both times and doctors both said its my anxiety (diagn. with GAD 3 yrs ago) why so much pain?
