Heart Problems & Remedies

I did my blood work yesterday for vitamin levels. B12 was 171 pg/ml and Vitamin D was 30.2ng /ml. My total cholesterol was 178 and ldl was 121 done on 31 August. Is there any chronic disease related to heart or something which is triggering low vitamin levels? I feel frequent numbness and tingling in legs and hands. Please help

It started after I ate lunch and accentuated about 30-35 mins later, I was feeling the palpitations under my left breast and still am I am very worried it might be serious because I have never had such pain before.

I've been having a constant chest pain for a few months. It was right in the middle of my chest. Honestly I'm suspecting I'm having a heart attack symptoms because more than chest pain, I always vomit and feeling nuisance everytime I eat lunch.
