My age is 62 years recently underwent Mitral Valve replacement and CABG for the second time I was fine after one month of the surgery But all of sudden 15 days back I was diagnosed with piles and I underwent prognosis for it After that I had find sudden changes in my body weight loss and could not sleep and losing my energy Today i was suffering from continuous Hiccups I am unable to sleep,I could not able to walk for some time and no energy levels in my body. Kindly help me

I am having chest pain on my left side from 1 month. i consulted with the doctor 1 month ago when problem started. He did ECG and blood test(lipid profile& blood test) and these tests were normal then he said that it could be muscular pain and gave some medicine but pain is still there. should i go for other heart related tests like echo or tmt etc
